Under its current leadership — a team with over 20 years of security-industry experience — Proforall combines professionally trained Security Officers, in-house technology, and structured governance to deliver security that is managed, measured, and accountable. A Bumiputera company headquartered in Shah Alam, Selangor, serving clients nationwide.

When we founded Proforall Security Services & Consultancy in 2013, we did so with a clear conviction: that security should never be treated as a commodity. It is not a product to be bought by the hour — it is a responsibility we accept on behalf of every client who trusts us to protect their people, their premises, and their operations.
Malaysia’s security industry has long competed on manpower alone. We chose a different path. From the beginning, our goal has been to build a managed security company — one where professionally trained officers, purpose-built technology, round-the-clock monitoring, and disciplined governance work together as a single, accountable system.
Our people remain our greatest strength. Every officer who joins Proforall is carefully screened and trained at our own in-house training school before deployment, and continues to develop through structured, ongoing programmes.
We have also invested heavily in technology that our own team builds and customises — from real-time patrolling and 24-hour central monitoring to transparent digital reporting — moving from reactive guarding to proactive, measurable security management.
As a company licensed by the Ministry of Home Affairs (KDN), a member of PIKM, registered with the Ministry of Finance, and fully insured, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of compliance and integrity, guided by a Quality Management System aligned with ISO 9001:2015 principles.
